Standard repairs take 5 to 10 days. Repairs are performed in our repair shop. In cases when the equipment to be repaired is sent to the manufacturer, the return period is agreed with the customer separately.
Yes. Equipment repaired in our company is guaranteed for the work performed and replaced parts, which is 6 (six) months from the date of issue of the equipment to the customer.
No. All repairs are performed in the office and repair shop of Evidence Network Ltd, using professional equipment for inspection and repair, as well as using spare parts and / or components specified by the manufacturer.
You can check the repair status through your registered profile "LINK", and your "Master" profile (Rules - p.4) will also receive an email and a text message to your mobile phone.
Evidence Network Estonia OÜ – the seller – warrants the goods in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms, from the date of invoice.
Repair of the goods – free of charge, replacement of defective components in our laboratory (Latvia, Riga, Latgales street 227), as well as customer support throughout the warranty period. Damaged equipment/product will be delivered at the buyer’s expense;

The defect will be repaired within 10-20 working days. If additional components need to be ordered, the timeframe for repair will be agreed separately;
The warranty does not cover wear and tear, replacement parts and/or repairs due to normal wear and tear, inadequate maintenance or improper use of the product.
